Holiday Baking Contest

Ben’s Floral & Frame Designs is planning for their annual Home for the Holidays Open House being held November 3^rd, 4^th & 5th.

During our Open House, in addition to having some great store specials, we serve holiday goodies.  The last few years we have held a Holiday Baking Contest to help us come up with some fun and unique holiday goodies.    We have had such a great response to the contest and have received so many wonderful recipes.  We have decided to once again give our customers a chance to show off and share their family’s favorite holiday cookie or bar by having another Holiday Baking Contest!  Winners of our Holiday Baking Contest will have their recipe prepared and served at our Home for the Holidays Open House.  In addition, we will have available to all our customers, copies of each of the winning recipes.

Each person who enters our Holiday Baking Contest will receive a $10.00 Gift Certificate from Ben’s Floral & Frame Designs.  Three winners will be chosen by our staff.  Winners will be announced at our Holiday Open House on Thursday, November 3^rd at 9:00 a.m.  An additional $30.00 Gift Certificate from Ben’s Floral & Frame Designs will be awarded to each winner.

Entering the contest is easy and has been outlined below.

Contest Rules:

            Entry Date:       Friday, October 21^st or Saturday, October 22^nd

            Time:                Friday – 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. or Saturday – 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

            Location:          Ben’s Floral & Frame Designs 

                                    410 Bridge Avenue, Albert Lea, MN

1.      Prepare your family’s favorite holiday cookies or bars and bring in 1 dozen to Ben’s Floral & Frame Designs.  Please make sure that whatever you bring your goodies in or on to us is something which we do not have to return.

2.      Write your recipe down on a recipe or index card and bring it in with your entry.   On the back of the card please write your name, address & telephone number should we have any questions on preparing your recipe and need to contact you.

3.      Please limit one entry per person.
